ORDER & SHIPPING
All jewelry items are made to order and may take up to 3 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.
After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.

Please note, on certain tailored made or special request custom made items it might take additional time, of which we will advise you regarding these specific items accordingly.
Once a shipment is sent you will recieve an e-mail from the KRISTALINI team with the shipment invoice copy along with a shipment courier tracking number.
All shipping through DHL and FEDEX, all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return for exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Also please note that we are not responsible for any delay of a shipment as a result of custom regulations at your specific country importation policy.

JEWELRY CARE
Please follow the instructions below to care for your KRISTALINI Jewelry so it will retain its shine and sparkle.
When you are not wearing your jewelry we recommend storing it in its original gift box.
Try to avoid wearing your jewelry while showering, swimming, washing dishes,applying perfume,engaging in sports or working out.
After wearing your jewelry we recommend wiping them with a non-abrasive jewelry polishing cloth to remove dirt and tarnish.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are confident that you will be happy with your KRISTALINI purchase.
But If you are not 100% satisfied you may return the item to us up to 14 days from the receiving date of your purchase for a store credit only.
If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.
This does not apply to any customized, personalized or engraved pieces, as those cannot be returned. Please email us at info@kristalini.com to inform us of the return, as well as the reason for your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition you received it, It must also be returned in it’s original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send e-mail you notified that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange refund, If you are approved then your store credit will be processed, and a confirmation of a store credit will automatically be applied to you.
