We are confident that you will be happy with your KRISTALINI purchase,however If you are not 100% satisfied you may return your item to us up to 14 days from the receiving date of your purchase for a store credit only.

If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a store credit, Store credit does not apply to any customized, personalized or engraved pieces, as those cannot be returned.

Please email us at info@kristalini.com to inform us of your return, as well as the reason for your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition you received it, it must also be returned in it’s original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will e-mail you notified we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund exchange, If you are approved then your store credit will be processed, and a confirmation of a store credit will automatically be applied to you.

Please note that we are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
